1. Order Processing Time Every order is meticulously prepared and subjected to our quality control process before dispatch.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note that processing time is completely separate from shipping time. You will receive a notification email containing your tracking information the moment your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We currently offer standard shipping to our primary market: Australia.

Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 15 business days (after processing).
The SCOPIX Promise: We work diligently with premium logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible. While we conservatively allow up to 15 business days to account for any unexpected international customs or transit delays, our data shows that the majority of our orders arrive well within 10 to 12 days.
3. Order Tracking Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the logistics portal to update its initial status. You can track your order directly through the link provided in your email.
4. Order Modifications and Cancellations Because our fulfillment process is highly automated to ensure fast delivery, any requests to change a shipping address or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage or has been loaded onto a carrier (e.g., dispatched via air freight), it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances and will be subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages (Important) We take the security of your delivery seriously and have clear protocols in place:

Lost in Transit: If your package is genuinely lost in transit and the tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, please contact our support team. We will coordinate directly with the logistics company and arrange a free replacement for you immediately.

Marked as "Delivered" but Missing: If the carrier’s tracking link officially confirms that your package has been "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout, but you cannot locate it, you must contact your local post office or carrier directly. SCOPIX is not legally responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or retrieved by a third party after delivery confirmation. We cannot issue refunds or free replacements for orders marked as delivered.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international shipments, SCOPIX is not responsible for any specific customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
