Refund policy

At SCOPIX, we take pride in the exceptional quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To ensure a fair and secure process for both our customers and our company, please review our strict return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for a Standard Return (Change of Mind) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with all original tags and security seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

  • Return Shipping Costs: Please note that for all "change of mind" or non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, you must contact our support team at info@getscopix.com

  • Important: Do NOT send your return to the sender address on your package, nor to our corporate registration office in London. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a specific Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact international warehouse address where the package must be delivered. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be strictly rejected.

3. Damages and Issues (The SCOPIX Guarantee) We stand entirely behind our products. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, you do not need to worry about shipping it back!

  • Contact us at info@getscopix.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and a clear photo or video demonstrating the defect or damage (e.g., malfunctioning light).

  • Once our team verifies the issue, we will immediately arrange for a free replacement or a full refund to make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear and tear.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional bundle offers.

  • Gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

5. Order Cancellations Because our fulfillment process is automated to ensure fast dispatch, order cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage or has been shipped (handed over to the airline or logistics carrier), it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and proceed with a standard return.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and physically inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or rejected based on the condition of the item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
